Oskar J Gstrein is an IPPI Research Associate and Assistant Professor at the Department of Governance and Innovation at Campus Fryslân – University of Groningen, where he is also member of the Data Research Centre. His overall research theme is ‘Human Dignity in the Digital Age’ and his research interests include Internet Governance, privacy, as well as security, surveillance and digital identity.
