Larissa Bahmer, LL.M. (EUI) is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at Bucerius Law School. She has worked with Prof. Dr. Michael Fehling, LL.M. (Berkeley) at the Chair for Public and Comparative Law and the Center for Interdisciplinary Research on Energy, Climate and Sustainability (CECS) since mid-2021. Before joining the chair and CECS, she worked on matters of national and European public economic law and state aid law in the public sector team of a major law firm. Larissa Bahmer obtained an LL.M. from the European University Institute in Fiesole (Italy) in 2020. She is now pursuing her Ph.D. on the governance of emission reductions in the basic materials industry under the supervision of Professor Fehling.
