Alexandra Paulus is Fellow for International Cybersecurity Policy with Stiftung Neue Verantwortung (SNV), a Berlin-based tech policy think tank. She recently completed her dissertation in political science on how states shape cyber norms in diplomatic forums. Her expertise covers cyber norms, cyber diplomacy, and non-traditional actors in international cybersecurity policy. In her research, she draws on her rich international experience – having worked, inter alia, in Brazil, Mexico, and Turkey – to combine foreign and security policy with cybersecurity issues.
